Our team will provide you with exact return instructions to ensure a smooth and efficient process. Please be as detailed as you can as to why you would like to return the painting. Please remember that your painting is custom-made and hand-painted, just for you. Unlike Amazon, we’re a small privately owned business, and will not be able to easily sell your custom-made painting to someone else. We’re committed to ensuring that every customer is fully satisfied with our work, and will work with you to solve the situation in the best way possible.

When returning the the artwork, it's essential to wrap and pack the painting securely in its original tube. Following the provided return instructions is crucial to ensure a successful return. Failure to comply with these instructions may result in a penalty of up to $75.00 per painting.

Please be aware that our actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund, as stated in our return policy.
