Absolutely! We take great pride in our customer satisfaction, and to ensure you have a worry-free experience, we offer two guarantees for your peace of mind.
The first guarantee applies is that as soon as we complete creating your painting, we will promptly email you an image of the artwork. This gives you the opportunity to closely examine the painting and make any specific revision requests, if desired. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we will diligently work on any revisions you desire to create the perfect piece for you.
Our second guarantee comes into effect when you receive the painting. If, upon receiving it, you feel the need for further revisions, we are more than happy to accommodate your requests. Alternatively, if you decide that the painting isn't what you envisioned, you can return it to us for a full refund. The refund amount will be minus our actual shipping cost, which typically averages $35 per painting.
However, please keep in mind that portraits cannot be returned if they have been approved by you prior to their dispatch. This is to ensure that we maintain the integrity of the original artwork you approved.
Our return policy is valid for 365 days, allowing you ample time to assess the artwork and decide if it meets your expectations. The return period starts from the merchandise's arrival date and is applicable to standard orders. Please note that custom orders are exempt from our return policy.
Lastly, our money-back guarantee is non-transferable to third parties. We want to ensure that the artwork is intended for your personal use, and you cannot order a painting for someone else with the intention of later returning it if they are not interested.
